Previous education:

Bachelor International relations and international Organization. University of Groningen. 

pre-master environment and infrastructure planning. University of Groningen. 

Research master spatial sciences, specialization environment and infrastructure planning. University of Groningen.

These Different educations have led to an interest in international spatial issues.  

Currently I work as a PhD researcher studying knowledge uptake in Offshore wind and marine spatial planning policy in the North Sea region. University of Groningen, faculty of spatial sciences, department of planning and environment. 

Additionally I work as a Junior advisor in Offshore governance and planning at Deltares where I research the implications for governance of Offshore Windfarm Impacts on the ecology, and help mapping Governance and activities on the North Sea.
