I have a background in Environmental Sciences and I was awarded with an scholarship to conduct the Erasmus Mundus Master Course in Maritime Spatial Planning during which I had the opportunity to work as an scholar for the Perth Programme Office of the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission of UNESCO.
After graduating with the highest qualification of that year I started working for the Spanish Institute of Oceanography in the EU projects SIMNORAT and SIMWESTMED and collaborated in the Spanish process of MSP implementation.
Recently I have been working for the IOC-UNESCO as a data & information consultant for the MSPglobal initiative collaborating also in training courses.
