Baltic Blue Bioeconomy Hackathon
Saturday, April 4 2020 09:00
to Sunday, April 5 2020 17:00

We are launching the first SUBMARINER Network Baltic Blue Bioeconomy Hackathon, taking place 4-5 April this year in Kristineberg, Sweden! We are currently looking for challenges for the teams to solve - and this is where you have the opportunity to provide first input. This is a crucial chance for you to get a team of smart and creative students to consider a problem, challenge or opportunity your institute is facing, or to get input for tackling one of the Baltic Blue Bioeconomy's wider challenges and opportunities.

For more information about the Hackathon and the type of challenges we are looking for: https://www.submariner-network.eu/hackathon
Please send us a short paragraph of what you think could be a good challenge before Friday 31 January! Also, please forward the Save the Date and this email to anyone in or outside of your institution that you feel might be interested - we are looking to reach a wide audience - so please act as a Blue Detective as well and reach out to companies and institutions in your country.
We also ask you to promote the Hackathon and the search for challenges, mentors and experts through your media channels, and for this you can re-share our Tweet or LinkedIn posts:

We will launch the search for teams in the coming days as well - and will send you a separate email about this.

With kind regards and looking forward to your input,
Lisa Simone de Grunt
